This maintenance is part of Tribe's ongoing commitment to continuously improve the performance and stability of our Acquiring Product.

During the maintenance window, no impact on processing or service interruptions are expected. However, please note that the Acquiring Admin Portal may be temporarily inaccessible. If possible, we kindly recommend avoiding any changes within the portal during this time.

We would like to inform you about an upcoming planned maintenance event by CENTROlink, scheduled for November 22, 2025.

Maintenance Schedule:
Start: 2025-11-22 04:00 (UTC)
End: 2025-11-22 04:30 (UTC)

Expected Impact:
Please note that a short downtime is expected in CENTROlink, which will affect the SEPA SCT Inst payments, VoP (Verification of Payee) inquiries, and PLAIS-KART services.

As the SCTI service will be unavailable on CENTROlink's side, outgoing SCTI payments may be rejected after validation, and incoming SCTI payments will not be processed during this period. We therefore recommend avoiding SCTI payments during the maintenance window or using SCT payments as an alternative.

Note:
On 21 November 2025, between 18:50 and 19:00 (UTC), internal SCT payments between CENTROlink participants for the 24 November 2025 system day will not be processed.
