We have been informed of a service disruption on Mastercard’s side affecting the Mastercard File Express (MFE) platform, starting on 14 October 2025 at 23:10 UTC.

Scheduled - Dear Partner,

We would like to inform you about an upcoming planned maintenance event by CENTROlink, scheduled for Sunday, October 5, 2025.

Maintenance Schedule:
Start: 2025-10-05 02:00 (UTC)
End: 2025-10-05 02:30 (UTC)

Expected Impact:
During this window, the CENTROlink system will be unavailable due to the implementation of Q4 changes. As a result, SCT Inst payments will not be processed.

To ensure system stability and prevent transaction loss, Tribe will queue outbound payments starting 5 minutes before the maintenance begins and will release them 5 minutes after the maintenance has ended.
Once the maintenance is confirmed as completed, queued payment requests will be processed further at the bank provider end.

Please note that, following these changes, SCTI payment execution time will be reduced from 20 seconds to 7 seconds, and the amount limit for SCTI payments will be removed (the new maximum is 999,999,999.99 EUR). The limit-related changes on Tribe’s side are scheduled for implementation on 2025-10-06.
