The maintenance activities will be performed in stages throughout this window. During this time, customers may experience a brief period of service degradation. The exact timing of the degradation within the maintenance window cannot be confirmed in advance.
Although we have implemented all possible measures to minimize impact, there remains a slight possibility that the below-listed services may be impacted during the maintenance period.
Potential impact by product:
WALLET: GUI, API and frontend degradation; card transaction processing may be affected; outgoing bank transfers and IBAN issuing may be delayed.
BANK: GUI and API degradation; CoP/VoP checks may be affected; outgoing bank transfers and IBAN issuing may be delayed; incoming bank transfers may also be affected.
ISSUING: GUI and API degradation; card transaction processing and 3DS services may be affected; clearing, reporting and personalisation file generation may be delayed. Some requests submitted during the degradation period may need to be retried.
ACQUIRING: GUI and API degradation; card transaction processing and 3DS services may be affected; clearing and reporting may be delayed.
GATEWAY: GUI and API degradation; card transaction processing may be affected.
RISK: GUI degradation.
OPENBANK: GUI degradation.
POS: No customer impact is expected.
