Upcoming Scheduled Maintenance by Amex – July 17th, 2026 Jul 17, 2026 03:00-10:00 UTC

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you about an upcoming scheduled maintenance event by the Amex scheme.

Maintenance Schedule:
Start: 2025-07-17 03:00:00 (UTC)
End: 2025-07-17 10:00:00 (UTC)

Expected Impact:
While we have taken all possible measures within our control to minimize any impact, there is a slight chance of short disruptions with Amex authorization processing for Acquiring during the maintenance window from 03:00 UTC to 10:00 UTC.

While no interruptions are anticipated, we are notifying you out of an abundance of caution. In the unlikely event of service degradation, Tribe has monitoring systems in place and is confident of service resuming.

Expected Impact:
During the maintenance window, both Issuer and Acquiring Processors may be affected: authorisations may fail and/ or settlement/clearing may be delayed.

Specifically:
Issuer: authorisations may fail, and settlement import processing may experience delays.
 Acquiring: authorisations may fail, and transactions may settle with a delay.
