We would like to inform you about an upcoming scheduled maintenance event by the UnionPay scheme.

Maintenance Schedule:
Start: 2026-10-13 15:00:00 (UTC)
End: 2025-10-13 18:00:00 (UTC)

Expected Impact:
While we have taken all possible measures within our control to minimize any impact, there is a slight chance of short disruptions to UnionPay authorization processing for Issuer during the maintenance window.

While no interruptions are anticipated, we are notifying you out of an abundance of caution. In the unlikely event of service degradation, Tribe has monitoring systems in place and is confident that service will resume.
